Services
Interested in personal training but not sure how to start? This package is for you! It includes a (1) hour assessment and conversation to understand your personal goals, and to assess your fitness to create a customized workout plan for you. The remaining 8 sessions will be 50-minutes in length. and include assisted stretching by the trainer. Sessions expire within 60 days of purchase.

About
Hi! My name is Nicole, and I’m a personal trainer proud to call the East Bay home.
Over the course of my life, I’ve been a professional dancer, worked in public affairs, led youth development programs, and started two businesses. In 2010, I began teaching women’s workouts in Riverside Park in New York City and quickly fell in love with the community and camaraderie we built together.
A few years later, my family had the opportunity to move back to California, and soon after, the pandemic reshaped so much of daily life. During that time, I realized how deeply I wanted to return to my passion for helping people discover functional movement, strength, and the joy that comes from moving together in community.
When we relocated to the East Bay, I knew it was time to reconnect with that passion. Today, I’m grateful to lead small-group personal training sessions through the El Cerrito Recreation Department and a Wednesday night Women’s Workout at Cerrito Vista Park.
Outside of training, you’ll often find me exploring the incredible East Bay with my husband and daughter or visiting one of the great local coffee shops for a coffee while reading.
I look forward to getting to know you and helping you find movement that feels good, builds strength, and supports your life day to day.
